May 8, 2020- Update to Families

In an endeavor to maintain total transparency, we will continue to post general information related to any positive COVID-19 cases, or if any resident suffers a COVID-19 related death, along with communications, resources and new or revised policies on our website. 

We express our deepest sympathies to family and friends as we report the loss of another resident to COVID-19 in the recent 24 hours. May peace and comfort find you during this difficult time.   

We are in review of the questions our families have submitted via email to  Individuals submitting questions will not receive individual direct responses to their questions.  We are committed to providing weekly FAQ updates on our website and recommend you look to our website for answers to your questions.  

Please understand our clinical team are unable to take COVID-19 emergency management plan questions by phone or direct email as our staff must prioritize their attention on resident direct care needs.
